CYPRESS, CA, Calif.,/iReach–PRNewswire/—WCCT Global, a full-service CRO headquartered in Southern California, will receive the CRO Leadership Award at the DIA Annual Meeting in Boston, MA on June 25, 2018. The awards ceremony is set to take place at the DIA Press Room (Room 104A) from 2-3:30pm EST. WCCT Global’s President & CEO, Jon Rojas, will receive the award on behalf of the organization.
WCCT Global was selected to receive this award by the Industry Standard Research (ISR) Reports, using information collected independently by sponsor companies. Nearly 70 CROs were assessed on over 20 performance metrics in ISR’s CRO Quality Benchmarking survey. Survey respondents were recruited from pharmaceutical companies of all sizes and were screened for decision-making influence related to working with contract research organizations. The respondents were asked to only evaluate companies with which they had worked on an outsourced project during the 18 months prior to the survey distribution.
WCCT received CRO Leadership Awards in the following categories: Capabilities (Overall, Small Pharma); Compatibility (Overall, Small Pharma); and Reliability (Overall, Small Pharma). In addition to receiving the award at DIA, WCCT Global will be featured in the May 2018 issue of the Life Science Leader magazine.
When asked about the award, Mr. Rojas responded: “I am deeply honored to receive this distinction on behalf of WCCT. While I am excited to be able to add this to our list of accolades, the most valuable takeaway from this is gaining deeper insight into how our partners view us as a company overall: capable of providing them the support they need for their individual projects, compatible with their organizational structure and business models, and reliable in that they can trust us to oversee their products during the pivotal stages of clinical development. WCCT is truly motivated to continue serving as a trusted partner and hopes to receive the same level of confidence in years to come.”
WCCT looks forward to the ceremony, as well as exhibiting at the DIA Annual Meeting, where they will be discussing their overall capabilities for clinical development at Booth 2704. They invite representatives of drug development companies to visit them at their booth or schedule a meeting in advance of the conference by reaching out to firstname.lastname@example.org or calling (657) 229-6907.
