Over the last 13 years, Mr. Midboe has held leadership roles at two successful clinical pharmacology units through a time of exponential growth (PRACS Institute Ltd. and Northwest Kinetics/Charles River Clinical). He has provided operational direction and management for over 750 Phase I, IIa and IV clinical studies. His experience includes work with single and multiple ascending dose, drug-drug interaction, cardiac intensive/QTc, radio-labeled, bioequivalence, bioavailability, food effect, vaccine, and specialty population clinical pharmacology studies with unique procedures across a variety of therapeutic areas including cardiology, endocrinology, infectious disease/biologic, GI, rheumatology, urology, neurology, hematology, respiratory, dermatology, and women’s health.

Mr. Midboe has initiated project management, data management, SOP, and training programs at a clinical site while providing oversight of coordinating, recruiting, and regulatory operations. He is the current Chair of the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) Certified Clinical Research Coordinator Global Exam Committee and a presenter at the ACRP Global Conference. He has played a key role in the globalization of the certification exam. Mr. Midboe is a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator, holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry, and has served as a member of an institutional bio-safety committee.

Mr. Midboe will be overseeing all Clinical Operations at WCCT. He will focus on team development, continuous quality improvement, maintaining operational excellence, and diversifying site capabilities.
